Photo was not accepted for a visa
Photos do not comply with Australian passport requirements
I took the photos printed by you to post office for doing passports for my kids and they said the photos are smaller and the place and ratio were not aligned with the regulations. Moreover, in my daughter’s pic the eyebrows were not shown. So, they for the time being accepted the photos but asked me to be prepared for getting rejected by the passport authorities. If they reject I have to redo and resubmit the photos. I am so much disappointed with your service. This is not acceptable that you did not follow the instructions for Australian passport and accepted to get the money out of my pocket. This is totally unacceptable. If the photos get rejected I would ask you to return the money I paid for the poor service.
Photos were not accepted
I followed all instructions but my photos were not accepted. Refund has not been provided, more fool me. If you choose to use this app I hope you have better luck but I will be deleting this asap.
Scam - do not use.
I was curious to try this, given the fee for passport photos was only $14.50. The photos I uploaded were compliant, I just needed them resized. The photo they sent back was clearly digitally altered (background removed). Save your $14 and head to the Post Office.
Photos not acceptable
Not happy as the Australian passport office rejected the photographs for not meeting requirements
Photos rejected by Australian Passport Office
The photos taken were confirmed in the app as correct, but my passport application was delayed by nearly a month, because the photos were rejected. Had to go back to the Post office to have new photos taken by staff member. I’m awaiting a refund, but have no received it at the moment of writing this. I tried this app, but proved cannot recommend it.
Worked on a newborn for passport and citizenship
Like many others I was skeptical, but I tried it out as this was during covid and I was in the UK applying for an AU passport for my daughter. Long story short, it worked out perfectly. Took the photo and they removed the background and cropped it. I got the photos issued physically and it submitted it with the application. All approved. Such a good app and service to make things easier.

Used this app to take our photo of a toddler for her passport. We had been to the post office twice and getting her photo with a stranger was not working. It was so stressful and we had tried everything. I did some searching and found this app. So easy, great feedback on pictures, and I was able to use my phone and take the picture at home! The best.
