This is not accepted as a substitute in Italy where your full passport number had to be available to be scanned by the Police. Back to carrying my passport around.

I was recommended to download this by a friend. After downloading and adding my passport I thought “now what”? I pretty much forgot about the app until one day it notified me that my passport was going to expire! Thankfully I didn’t have a trip booked but knowing myself, I probably wouldn’t have checked my passport until it was too late, making me pay for the faster passport renewal fees and potentially ruining any travel plans! I’ll be recommending this to family and friends 👍🏽

Great app that makes accessing or sharing my passport info really easy to do! Being able to walk around with my passport securely in my pocket, without having to worry I might lose it gives me peace of mind and I can also store more than one passport - so me and my family are covered.

Took 20 try’s to enter my country (USA), then ….. every time I had to re-enter EVERY OTHER entry ALREADY entered.. other reviews say app is great to remind for renewal.. guess those folks don’t know if to check a simple date… idk.. .. just see zero use for this.. can I use it @ customs?… ummmm.. no

I really want to like this app: 1) App refuses to scan the biometric chip on my Passport despite 6 different attempts. 2) Unable to take selfie. Fix these two issues and this would be a great app!

Thanks for the post-iOS 16 fixes. App was unusable before. Please provide ways to export all passport data read from the chip, including JSONs and images, not just the user’s photos. Would be nice to have an import feature, in addition to the export. This way me and my wife can have all family’s passports in our phones without the tedious process of manually adding them twice. Think about air drop.

Love it. Simple and easy to use. Won’t forget renewal again. Suggest ability to manually add other ID docs or visas

This new version is awesome. The ability of the app to use your phone to read the chip in the passport is a fantastic improvement. An important extra security measure. Easier than ever to scan passports and the expiration warning is a trip-saver. With family overseas, we travel frequently and this app helps me keep track of everyone’s expiration date. Can’t recommend it enough. 5 STARS!!

I had all my passports in the app. Then I was going to add a new passport but I can't pass the contact information screen. After several tryies, the app lost all my recorded passports. App should have a way to export and import all passports. Support for passport chip should be improved. It worked for a Brazilian passport but fails with a Portuguese passport.

whenever we can travel again I need to be sure that my passports ( I got 2 citizenships) will be all valid
