We have applied military-level encryption algorithm and nobody may crack the password for the database exported or the data backed up in Documents App. You only need to remember a simple 4 digit password.

4にバグ？
4を使って最近気ついたが、アプリ閉じて短い時間なら誰でも簡単に開けます。全く顔認証をスルーしています。ダメでは？

アプデで以前データが消去された。 マジで最悪（怒）
パスワードが変更されている？
以前から愛用させてもらっています。今回のバージョンアップから顔認証になり、しばらく顔認証のみでパスワードを使っていなかったところ、パスワードが勝手に変更されている？今までのパスワードが使えないことに気づきました。変更するには現在のパスワードを求められるのですが、わかりません。どうやったらパスワードをリセットできますか？ サポーターページを見ても中国語しか表記がなくわかりません。 ご回答お願いします。
3から4復元できる
3から4になり初期パスワードが勝手に変えられてログインできなくなりましたが、解決しました。一度アプリを取り除き、プロ版を再インストールで復活。パスワードを再設定できます。アプリを削除するとデータ消えるので、取り除く(データ残したままアプリ除去)がポイントです。
クレジットカードの不正利用
謎の中国語が出てくる。 クレジットカードの不正利用にあった。 このアプリ以外他に原因がわからない。

データの文字化け最低！
password3からpassword４に移行したデータが文字化け！ 他のアプリに変更しました。
3から4Proに変えていたのに
いきなり3に戻ったような挙動で データをバックアップしてたのに 一度アプリ削除してダウンロードしなおしたら バックアップデータも失くなっていた。 削除する際にも iCloudにバックアップしたのは消えないって出てたのに なんで⁈⁈⁈ 嘘ばっかやし。最悪なんですけど どーしてくれる，，，しかも画像も出てこない。
3系から4系へのバージョンアップで改悪
・日本語表記されてない項目 ・新規作成時に入力できない備考欄 ・コピーのユーザビリティが下がったパスワード ・ユーザビリティが下がった検索機能 前のバージョンのまま月額課金制になる方がはるかにマシでした
