Na een update deed mijn face id het niet meer en herkende de app ook de pincode niet nu kan ik niet meer bij mijn gegevens in de app, niet handig!

Na een update deed mijn face id het niet meer en herkende de app ook de pincode niet nu kan ik niet meer bij mijn gegevens in de app, niet handig!
Kon niet meer inloggen en was al mijn wachtwoorden kwijt!
I have 2 backups, one in iCloud, the other in dropbox. However, , it’s totally unclear ( if not impossoble) how to import one of these stored files. This is very frustrating and therefor I give one star.
After the last updates the program is not usable anymore, when I want to retreive a password it is showing it only a second. Unable to get support. When I want to send a message via the iPad app they want me to fill in the captcha code, but there is nothing displayed on the screen. Why updating to rubbish when it is working perfect?
After last update 15.6.1 not working on iPadOs Not able to read the data, for example, when you want to read the details os a website, the page appears for a second and disappears again. App version 15.12 This also happend for all Favorites, so not able to read my important notes , documents etc 3 nov 2022 op IPad now version 15,32 but the problem is not elimated. Geen sync meer mogelijk tussen icloud of dropbox
After last update you can not reach your passwords anymore. Developer doesn’t answer or fix. Very very bad!!
The last update screwed up the synch options and I no longer have the Dropbox synch possibility. And the iCloud synch is simply not reliable. Please bring Dropbox synch back!!!
What is wrong / does not work: 1. After entering the app there is no menu. After pressing the ‘back’ arrow left upper corner, the menu appears. 2. After selecting an item in - for example - ‘favorites’, the app does show the individual fields, but jumps back to the favorites menu. This holds for all the metaitems menus (settings, computers, others, etc.). iPad is of type air, 5th generation, running iOS 15.6.1.
