Been storing all of my passwords cumulatively for over 10 years with no issues. Suddenly, every single password is gone, email address for support does not work, and cannot seem to get any help anywhere. Word of caution before purchasing this App.
I’ve used this app for YEARS! Love it! My only challenge with it is I had to reset my iOS settings which cleared my Face ID (I know, I know). Now I can’t remember my original PIN so now I can’t get any of my passwords! It works VERY well 😁
I’ve used this app for many years, so literally EVERY SINGLE password I have has been logged in it over the course of this time (probably 8 years). Well, recently logged into it and every single entry is GONE! My rating not based on the use of this app because it has been extremely helpful, however it is a reflection of the customer service (or lack there of). I have reached out multiple times to speak to someone about getting my information back and no one has responded, so now I have to go through all of my accounts and log my information again, but I will not be doing it in this app for fear that this will happen again and I will have no recourse or assistance from customer service. SO BEWARE! IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR LOSE YOUR INFO USING THIS APP, DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU!
This app is so old, last update was 5 years ago. Their privacy policy isn’t available and Apple requires it before they can update the app, hence no update for the last 5 years. Why I wonder. Also, you will not get any support if you are stuck. The developer probably abandoned this app anyway. Mine is stuck on asking to allow pasting from Safari, it’s in a 5 second loop, it won’t go away unless I allow it. I’m going to export everything and use something current.
I love having Passible for all my passwords I have so many for work for home.. however, the lastest update has ruined all that because it just keeps asking if I want to download from Safari and I answer and I keeps asking every 5 secs making the app completely unusable… so sad
Now there is no one answering me back to assist with getting my passwords back. Horrible customer service.
Can only store 3 entries then you get charge. Just make people pay up front it’s not “in app purchases”
I tried to email and just got a bounced message. I’m locked out with NO way to reset my password. The new iPhone has no thumbprint. Help!
Love this app. I can hold unlimited LogIn information on my phone!! Also, card information and since I always have my phone I always have my log in info at my fingertips.
