Password Manager'

I have used this app to keep my passwords, but since it has changed format recently, I cannot even get into it as it does not accept my password. Truly crazy, please can someone support this app problem quickly.

iPassword no longer exists, Password Manager cannot restore data from iCloud. All my password data disappeared.

I would say this is a piece of bait on a hook. I cannot advise anyone to use this product.

I’d like to give this a 3 frustrating as it is communication goes a long way. ****DEVELOPERS DID NOT INFORM USERS THAT YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR PASSWORD AND THE APP IS NOT COMPATIBLE BEYOND IOS 14.6*** Simply put, utterly disgraceful. Forcing users to buy the new version and no instruction to export/import. To make matters worse they provided a yahoo support email which does not work. But hey if I’m truly honest the app is relatively good, could do with better thumbnail logos and a larger library or original logos. DEVELOPERS - if you’re reading this you need to provide user support.

I purchased this several years ago and totally loved it but then Apple did an iOS update/upgrade and this software wasn’t compatible and nobody could access this app. The app has now been updated but all of my accounts have been lost and it has caused me so much stress and inconvenience as ALL of my passwords have gone! I would not recommend this app.

I to was using a previous version of this app and was also very annoyed that when updating to a new phone my data was not transferred. Although I still had access to all my data via my old phone and having read the previous reviews I was looking at the prospect of needing to transfer all my data manually from one phone to the other. I was able eventually to create a data backup from my old phone and restore it to the new phone. I tried both the dropbox and iCloud methods but they just kept loading blank files. Finally had success with the wifi method.

I have had the exact same problem with the earlier version of this app not being updated after an iOS upgrade & am now locked out of my passwords & security info. After repeated requests for help there has been no response from the developers, and I am in despair….

I have been using the app for many ears since my iphone 4. Maybe since 2012. I had pro version. Recently iOS was updated to 14.7 and this app stopped working. I can’t access my life- all these passwords i stored for almost 10 years are my life. Lost it all. Why nobody update the app?

I have emailed the developers for help twice without response after losing all passwords due to an IOS update. Utter jokers, I’d avoid this one like the plague.

Like many others, we all used a previous format of this app called iPassword - the developers stopped that without warning and created this so we are left unable to open the old app and access the passwords - they have ignored all attempts to resolve - there is no doubt they will likely do it with this is time and leave you stranded
