I spent several hours yesterday trying to get all my passwords changed. It took forever, but I’m almost done. I did it on my iPad, and then of course my iPhone told me this morning that I had to reset the password on google etc. When I opened the app on my phone NONE of the passwords were there, and no matter how many times I try to sync the backup cloud thing, they don’t show up. I want a refund for this ridiculously bad app, but wait there’s NO customer support to be found anywhere.

I was only able to put in 5 passwords before it required me to sign up for their upgrade, which I can’t afford. I have way more than even 15 passwords, so this isn’t helpful. Please fix this.

I’ve had this app for years with no problems. Then I lost all of my passwords and data two months ago. I’ve written to tech support twice since then. Each time I’ve received an automated response saying someone would investigate my issue and get back to me. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I am man that has variety of accounts. So this app really helps me jot down my passwords and few swipes to get into the app. This apps helps my family even remember her things too.

Doesn’t work on my iPad and I’ve tried to get help several times by contacting support. Apparently there is no support. A copy paste reply is all I get and it’s not helpful at all. Its continually asking for the master password on my iPad. So much so that I can’t ever use it. Very disappointed.
