Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.
3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices
4. Incase you used in-app purchase to upgrade app (unlimited records + backup support), and you want to use it on your other iOS devices please goto "settings" on your new device iPassSafe free app and select "restore purchase" on new device to restore it without any additional cost.

Lost tons of passwords because the app is not working anymore with ios16
Grande delusione.
Dopo anni di utilizzo, in un giorno qualunque, Puff tutto azzerato, addio a tutte le mie psw e non c’è stato modo di poter contattare un servizio assistenza o una faq per capire come rimediare…
Dopi ultimo aggiornamento un casino
Mi sono affidato da tempo a questa app per archiviare password e funzionava bene fino ad oggi. Adesso con ultimo aggiornamento, mi ritrovo tutto in confusione ogni volta da rimettere in ordine alfabetico e tanti altri problemi. Spero rimettano apposto le cose

Recupero dati
Oggi all’improvviso sono scamparsi i dati che avevo nell’app. Come faccio per ripristinarle?
Una delusione
Usata per anni a fine 2021, forse dopo un aggiornamento, mi sono spariti tutti i dati…e potete capire quanto tempo si voglia per recuperarli…..e non sono più riuscito a ripristinarli neppure dal backup. Ora su iPhone ho creato una nota protetta da password nella quale elenco tutte le mie password di accesso…..costo zero…resa tanta…tuto beckuppato su iCloud…ciao,ciao
Inaffidabile
È già la seconda volta che dopo un aggiornamento mi elimina totalmente tutte le chiavi e le password inserite! Credevo che non mi sarebbe più successo e invece mi ha ricancellato improvvisamente tutto anche una seconda volta App INAFFIDABILE DA ELIMINARE IMMEDIATAMENTE!!

Non ho capito se succede ad ogni aggiornamento, ma periodicamente si cancellano tutti i dati
