App is very easy to use and easy on the eyes. Just joined this credit union and love being a member. The staff at the branch in Roseville is top notch. Excellent customer service and so much better than the ketchup and mustard bank.
I have not been able to do an online deposit on my iPad for a month! I “chatted” with someone online & they suggested I download the latest version. I did that & still doesn’t work. What is going on? Help please!
This new version only shows length wise on an iPad. It does not show width wise. Why is that? It did so previously. Am I missing something? It show both iPhone and iPad versions for the preview.
Tried to skip a payment. My phone showed that I did, told me a 25$ charge would be added to my total but it didn’t go through and now I’m late for the first time in my 5 year loan payment plan. A late fee will be added. Possibly removed. I solved the problem myself more then I was helped out by and automated personnel or dumb App. I hate technology and Patelcos is the worst
Why in the world would you remove landscape mode when rotating on the iPad? Many if not most folks who use the app on an iPad often use it with an attached keyboard so have to use it on landscape mode. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!
What happened to landscape mode? I only use this app on my IPAD and I use landscape mode for all my apps otherwise I will not use the app. I do not like portrait mode at all.

This app is okay I liked it before and it always worked but for some reason the deposit a check thing doesn't work for me right now. It claims the name doesnt match but it is litterally my name. I guess i have to go in person to get it in sigh. Also patelco does not like external transfers not everyone is trying to hack me
Personally I love the app, it’s easy to check my balance without having to actually log in and it’s user friendly. The only issue I have is that the Zelle feature is ridiculously slow to load unlike most bank apps. Other than that great app!
It works but it’s slow and lacks the polish and ease of use that other banking apps have. A lot of features are hidden behind menus that aren’t intuitive and it doesn’t allow me to save my device so any time I log in, I have to go through 2FA and it takes a minute. Basically it just takes too long to do anything on this app to make it convenient.
