BUG IN IOS
I’m playing from an iphone 11 and all the times that i do the daily exp or other content the game dont load the file and stay forever at 40%. I cant do a lot of mission, i have already spent 10€ so i want to fully play the game. Please resolve the question
Something different
Title says all. Not like the other “hero idle games” where you just collect daily rewards, do the same things every day and the “battles” are just speeding up animations and stare at your screen until the auto-battle ends.
This requires some strategy skills, nothing too challenging (for now) but still keeps my mind busy.
Art is amazing, a lot of effort on everything, even the little details. Characters are brilliant and with personality; yes, obviously there’s a lot of waifu material but it’s not the brainless “cute girls with huge breasts”.
The graphics matching the dark futuristic prison atmosphere are on point and well-made. Sometimes it’s hard to read some really small words but that’s not so terrible.
Why not 5 stars:
It’s really hard to level up your “sinners” (the girls) the materials required are a lot even at the beginning. You can raid previous levels but the stamina costs are high too, you’ll finish that quickly.
For the graphic department, i think there’s not enough space for reading abilities, you have to scroll through a narrow window in order to read everything.
In battle sometimes enemies have some descriptions that fade too quickly and i can’t inspect them properly.
So overall, my advice is to try it. I’ve played a lot of games like this and i didn’t expect all the effort put on this game.
So and so
Graphics are amazing, the theme is really dark and fascinating but…the games are all the same, a bit boring, and it seems that the developers focused a lot on…dialogues. Yes there is an insane amount of written dialogues before a battle, after a battle and the intro is really long, thank god there is a skip button. Beside battles, everything is accomplished by dialogues and I find it really boring in the long run. Art style is amazing though
Unexpected
But in a good way of course.
For some reason, seeing the screenshots at first gave me that vibes about the usual p2w game you see around the “rpg section”. Those where you have to build and entire city or some things like that, you know the one I’m talking about.
But instead, I found an Arknights look-a-like that surprised me quite a lot. To the point that yes, I decided after many years (since it was released) to delete the original for this one. What convinced me the most was:
- the possibility of relocating your units where it’s needed, without having to wait a set amount of time. Sure, you get only a fixed number of moves, but is still helpful. A lot.
- Sweep function. A major deal for me. I always hated Arknights for this, for not having a simple function such as this one and I found it here, of all places. Another plus for me.
What, instead, doesn’t quite feel right that doesn’t make this review a 5-star, is the following:
- resources. After a certain threshold of level for the units, you are required of getting so much of them that, of course, you can’t as a free player. Unless you pay for money and the other currency for levelling the units, you’ll have to hoard all of the stamina you can obtain.
- battle pass, but this is something that I always hated in every game.
And for now, this is it.
