Tells me nearly everyday that there is a survey yet there is rarely a survey.
I haven’t been able to use this app on. Y iPad since the latest upgrade. I reported it several times and nothing. Also this app constantly crashes and you have to input the info several times.
Easy to use and record my metrics
This app barely works. After using it a couple of days it decided to log me out. Having to wait for a human to call me to give me a one time code to re-login was annoying. Then it is so buggy it crashes as soon as I try to do anything in it. I think I’ve managed to enter my stats one a couple of times without something going wrong. Plus I don’t really trust anything that doesn’t allow you to reach out to a person or check that it really is your account. It’s like sending my data into a void. Additionally, the video chat doesn’t register as an active program running so when I’m trying to demonstrate to my PT what I’m doing, my phone falls asleep. That’s pretty annoying! It’s already hard to do PT from a distance! I’m sure there are other things wrong with this. It’s a terrible app.
