First of all I want to say how much I love Poul and enjoy my time there, but the service sometimes is slow and gets worse during weekends!! Also the app itself is very slow and not useful, hope you can improve it.

The cakes and pastries have shrank. They used to have big cakes on display but under new management the profit margin is more important! If French people saw their tiny pastries and croissants they would be shocked!!

The Egyptian waiter is very friendly and for sure will come back

There a new staff in the branch and they can’t understand the order carefully and bring wrong order and I was wait 20 minutes to bring the bill, it was very bad service.

Hi , very happy to be one your costumer , if it’s possible to add some pastries as apple pie , apricot pie chausson as before and a salmon sandwich .
