Since purchasing this app I’ve not been able to actually log in! Every time I do it doesn’t recognise I’ve purchased a plan. I’ve emailed the support team and received no response. Really dreadful customer service. I’m super disappointed and can’t even get a refund. Avoid!

Just down loaded, trying to sign up… 3 attempts! Now being deleted.

Signed up to trial+ annual subscription but app won’t let me set up an account and keeps redirecting me to make more payments even though I can see from my PayPal account that it’s already logged my subscription. Insanely frustrating .

Since the latest update, I’ve been logged out of the app and can no longer log back in. When I attempt to sign in using Apple (which I used previously), I’m stuck in an endless loop that asks me to log in and then prompts me to select a subscription option. The problem is, I already have an active subscription. This issue has made the app completely unusable for me. I hope this gets resolved quickly, as I’ve enjoyed the app up until now.

Love his work but the app doesn’t work

The content is pretty sound, if not old. The app however was unstable and would often not play the hypnotic inductions. Frustrating…which ironically defeats the purpose of much of the apps contents! Gave up after a few days. Requested a refund which has, so far, been declined. Poor!

I downloaded this after suffering a really bad time with my MH. I was waking in the early hours with panic attacks and I wasn’t able to sleep. Worst time of my life. This app has been my saviour. Now when I wake and feel like the world is crashing in on me, I pop on one of the hypnosis recordings through my ear buds and it melts the crisis away. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone as an essential part of their mental health toolkit. I am sleeping much better, I am feeling more resilient and life is looking much more positive now.

This app glitches during login and takes me a few attempts but I find it great, especially the anxiety hypnosis. Paul Mckenna is brilliant at what he does and it’s even better now with the remastered audio, my brain can’t fight it 😄👍

Hi, amazing to have access to these materials! But I can’t listen to them offline. It just says go to downloads but it does nothing when you press on it. Any ideas how to fix that?
