App doesn’t work anymore
Used to work just fine. Update must have made it buggy. Every time I try log in, it loads a blue screen. Even if I click forgot password. I need to use the web browser now. Please fix!!

My userid and passwd works fine as I can login via browser. However when I provide same details in app the app goes to blue screen and all I can see is a blue screen with back logo. App is not at all useful. Tried many times since last 2 weeks, does not work.
Current bug is I have a notification that I can’t clear from within the app.
It is good to see that this app now allows the use of a password manager to enter login credentials however now it won’t complete the login process and just displays a blank screen.
Since re-enrolling in July, I have not been able to log in. My email and password are correct, but every time I click "submit" I get a blank blue page.
My app has recently changed itself to ‘Paul Sadler Vietnam’ and I’m not longer able to log in or change it to the correct Paul Sadler. I tried creating a new account but when I get to adding in the city we live in it only gives me options for Vietnam. So weird.
No longer has ability to mark absence and other options too. Have lost the ability to see which lane class will be in also.
Since the most recent update I have been unable to log in. I have never had an issue with the app until now. I have tried to delete and reinstall and it hasn’t made any difference. I’m constantly coming across a blue screen after trying to sign in. Hope this can be fixed asap!

This app allows login to only ONE device at a time. Once you login another device, the earlier will be signed off automatically. We both parents look at the account at our convenience for both of us and kid, it’s annoying to sign in all the time. If developers can, they should allow sign in using FaceID or Fingerprint instead of email and password every time. Let’s make login easy or allow multiple devices for same account. Then it deserves 7 stars from me ! Cheers
