Would give also Teya zero stars, for washing their hands on the below completely , but at least I have a say in this review. The Paul U.K. app was always working fine, until I have been to your Goodge Street branch this am. Your British barista told me clearly to press the red button to cancel the Visa debit transaction, prior to scanning this loyalty app. Transaction approved on my card, no receipt issued for my bread olive stick purchase , unless I asked- but couldn’t, as I was in a hurry. Infinite thanks to your British male arrogant and cocky barista and to his female Muslim manager sarcasm towards my failed transaction on the loyalty card. PAUL UK I suggest to your IT team to swap the debit and loyalty cards scanning order, to start with. Lastly, I strongly recommend your HR department headquarters- Paul U.K. London- to keep into account front of house skills regarding your London based staff. These two Goodge Street clerks of yours, are sadly one worse than another. No receipt to myself , returning loyal customer, and still both individuals yelling at my quiet self “ Loyalty next time”. Their attitude makes a lady like myself sick in the stomach. Thanks a ton PAUL U.K. for this dreadful nightmare beside Warren Street tube - London U.K. Everyone in London - Avoid this Paul U.K. branch like plague if you possibly can.
This app never puts your points on when it should You buy food and drink it eventually puts on the points for food and wipes your points for coffee then you have to get in touch,and you should not have to H Humphreys
I like Paul coffee very much , and the place I go is clean, the food is very good quality ,
I have tried to claim the free offer of a pastry from the Reading branch of Paul’s 3 times now, all to no avail!!! By the time I go back, the offer will be out of date. What’s the point if f having the offer on the app when the person serving can’t scan it! Very disappointing
Not helpful as has taken 5-10 emails to explain and rectify. Wasn’t rectified- have lost my full voucher card due to their carelessness
Unable to change email address, unable to contact costumer help, etc. Needs a lot of improvements
Very busy lately and payment issues after every iOS upgrade for weeks.
The rewards are very good but the app is very glitchy and takes forever to receive purchase generated vouchers. The referral vouchers sometimes take very long or sometimes don’t even work:(
The app does not seem to function. I claimed 3000 points, got notification that I had the award, but no voucher appeared on my app. The 3000 points had however been deducted from my credit….
