Love Pavilion KL and its privileges

Terrible app for “premier” mall

Very bad membership program. The policy is to submit receipt on the same day. Don’t bother with emailing them, they won’t answer. Spend your money at Gardens/Starhill/KLCC instead

Convenient

This app helps to navigate around the mall easily and can upload my spending conveniently

Not user-friendly

I don’t see the point of the “Submit Spend” feature if they’re still gonna reject my application even though all relevant info is there, just that the picture is a bit dark. At least provide some tutorial for 1st-timers or at least state a clearer requirement of how you want us to submit our spending. And your app don’t even let us resubmit it. Then what’s the point?? It’s like punishing us for a mistake we didn’t know.
