The games not free you have to pay
The games are fun and work well, but for some ridiculous reason you’re constantly forced to watch videos of the characters and play mini-games in between switching menus. There does not appear to be any sort of back button or menu button. So when you press ‘home’ the app decides that you have to spend 5 minutes herding sheep or whatever. Very silly indeed.
So basically I tried getting this app for my grandson (5 years old) and guess what? £7.99 A MONTH! I don’t even have that much money so please remove the subscription fee. Regards, Reggie.
Expensive Might as well tell you from the start that they want a fortune, not let you download 2gb of data, snap your details then tell you that you need to pay. No thanks.
Wow 7 day free trial then 7.99 a month that’s a bargain!! not.. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ITS A CON like people have said before drop the price and it might be worth it, maybe 2.99 a month or in app purchases for educational games my child does not use a iPad a lot only on the odd occasion and for the amount you pay you get a little return that doesn’t seem worth it, ‘this claims to be an educational app’ as a parent I educate my child and teach them this is just an app that can help what do these companies think that kids are on phones and tablets all day at that age mine certainly is not. Waste of time downloading disappointed that Apple even did a focus on it. Like I say and others say do not download.
We paid for the app £7.99 for the pleasure as son loves Paw Patrol and figured it would keep him busy. Had to restore purchase a couple of times now realised he’s playing the restricted version with ads. Try to restore purchase and says nothing to restore. Says to log out and back in again but for life of me can’t find how to do this??? Have paid through to 30/05 so no reason why we can’t accessed. Tried to sort it out but to no avail. Have cancelled through Apple ID and requested refund. For a child’s app, should be fully accessible to them not having to worry about whether he has what has been paid for. We also have PEPPA Pig and Bluey so I know he has safe reputable games to play and had no issues with them whatsoever.
Getting sick and tired of every educational children’s apps costing money or requiring subscriptions. From now on going to avoid apps that cost a lot of money or asks you to subscribe as it is starting to become very offputting. Good luck in getting people to download your app.
I downloaded this for my grandson who is crazy about paw patrol only to find it’s £7.99 a month, like the other negative reviews I agree with them totally, far to expensive for a child’s app think it is down to greed,, b
I downloaded this game for my nephew, it crashed my phone twice! Had to uninstall straight away, and on top of that the price is ridiculous!
This should be free game or at least a game for 1/2 quid not 7per month
