Previous ID account was created under MOBIS apps but now this new apps not enable me to login despite several attempts made. Each time i tried to login is rejected and when i register again through this new apps it says my ID account already created. Got fed up after several attempts. I prefer to use previous MOBIS apps that was more user friendly and recognised my created ID account and password for ease login. Please faster resolve this new apps technical issue and meantime allow users to use back the previous MOBIS apps.

Worst system ever, please improve. Cannot register tried hundreds time button register not working at all. Buang masa saja ada system kalau tak boleh pakai

For use who face issues have error cannot reset password or create new account (not receive otp), chill, cause their server only run during weekdays! Please try again at weekdays

Please fix it, already try multiple times but there still no way to get OTP at email

Total waste of time . Mobis was so much better

No answer when the need to call the careline number. You can make the whole day call but there would be no answer.

No counter solution for issues encountered. Bad experience using it.

The payment website just keep getting frozen halfway and keep failed to redirect you the the consecutive page.

Sepatutnya rekod transaksi untuk pembayaran saman ada menunjukkan detail setiap saman yang di bayar. Yang ada cuma rekod bayaran secara pukal.

The app crashes upon opening. My IOS version is up to date but the app can’t run on it.
