Horrible app, horrible washing programs, insanely expensive.

The app has a lot of errors

The machines sometimes stop halfway with the program. If you ask for a refund there they dint reply. The always sign out automatically so you never receive notifications. Really bad programmed app with terrible serivce

I've already changed my account password 5 times and every time I can't log in.

I have to use this app, because the laundry is downstairs, otherwise I have to go far. Otherwise I would not use it, because I put washing on 1h times and put alarm for my self the washing stops after 45m. So every-time they save on energy for 15m that is about a euro. How cheap you are! I’m disgusted!

Due to an error I can not use the washing machine, very useful when I need my clothes washed. And they charge 5 euros per wash for this crap.

I created an account, loaded some credits and used the app only one day and the following I cannot log back in. The reset password function doesn’t work. The remember me tick box doesn’t work so I wonder why it’s there.

The app needs to be updated with new functionalities and ensure whatever is there should work. There is an option “remember me” that never works. The app makes you log in even if you did that within the last hour and checked the remember me checkbox. Just remove the box since it is useless. There is no booking in advance for a specific time slot which makes users keep checking to be able to book.

The app design is like it’s made in the 2000. Also you cannot change locations after you register ( the change location option doesn’t work . Also no confirmation/ cancelation if you accidentally press a washing machine. Also no reservation option. In general a crappy app that seems to be made in 2 months by students.
