Fair enough but could be better
Comment as a foreigner. Using two phone numbers, it is unpleasant to see that the account disconnect regularly without explanation, needing to authenticate with two factor SMS with my Turkish Turkcell phone number located on a backup phone... It's a total mess to verify identity. Looks like impossible if not a Turkish resident, despite having citizenship, local phone number etc. There is a need of a local proof of residency or Turkish bank account which both I don't have. A little difficult to understand if the cashback is applicable or not due to the fact we cannot know if the limit of users have been reached or not. But looks like I received them so a good point. Didn't understand if I will have to pay any fee if I have an active card but an inactive virtual card or vice versa. As an unverified account, there is many functionality that I couldn't use but still shown in the app. Also it looks like impossible to top up with a foreign card, they are added to the wallet but doesn't permit refilling Paycell cards. Using Paycell for 2 months, increase of February for unverified account made me stay but if I could get a verified account with another prepaid card vendor I will look for it on my next stay...
