Unhappy with the idea that the app said payment unsuccessful and then reverts to as successful - its just an concern if doing payments, other than that App is great

Great way to make payment and get efficient service. More government sector needs to be electronic so we don’t waste more time in lines and dealing with incompetent administrative personnel with scathing attitudes and their unwillingness to do their jobs.

I have paid all the fines, but the one still outstanding I have tried to pay several times but it always reflects an error The error can only be on your side I would also like to register another id number on this same user !! How do I do it?

Card payment fails after numerous attempts

Credit card payment did not work. Twice. Capitec Pay worked very well.

The app is just painfully slow and hangs for long periods. This is frustrating and needs urgent attention to fix whatever technical errors cause this problem.
