I try to add hours on Time Sheet and Allocations do not appear. I try to add allocations and a message of Allocation already exists appear. Your app is not working!

This app has stopped working for me on my phone. When I click on the time sheet it will not bring up the keyboard to allow me to enter my hours. Not sure what’s changed but needs to be fixed!

It’s a time card not facebook if it works stop doing updates on the app

I honestly hate this app. I worked at a certain business that ended up closing and I ended up using the same email for another job and unfortunately, somehow I have no access to the second job my current employer because this is the same email as my original job now this has been closed for over a year, but they still have the profile so I cannot access my current employer and make any changes just because I use the same email. Maybe if somebody was intelligent enough to make it to where your using the same email it would deactivate or question what’s going on would be help why isn’t an account that says inactive over a year still registered when the business is closed?

It keeps telling me to add a job allocation. But once I do it tells me it already exists. But I can’t enter my time. Please fix!

Use to be great the last two weeks it will not let me log in the mobile app. Information is correct won’t even work with face scan

This app doesn’t provide the benefit of punching in or out through the app… Grrr very frustrating and pointless app!!!

I’m still navigating the app and it is fairly new to our company, but my biggest irk is that there isn’t a “night mode” option. I am a night shifter and typically have things set to night mode on my phone. Maybe this could be added in the future.

I do not like this app. Our work took us from one that shows your daily clock in and out times. And our old one also showed us how much vacation and sick time we have. This one doesn’t show anyone. If they could update it to show the daily clock in/out and out vacation/sick time then it would be okay. We work hard for our vacation/sick days and I think we have a right to know how much we have.

Takes 5 minutes to clock in. By then you are late!
