Awesome Support Team
The features of the app alone is truly a marvelous experience, the simplicity to complete complex tasks is a wonderful implementation of the developers from the vision of its founder and company.
It’s very easy to use, fees are competitive and future updates such as adding new networks for cheaper fees is on the company’s pipeline.
I’m not sure why the previous reviewers gave a negative feedback. But if you know what you are doing, you will find the app to be user friendly, it’s actually a no brainer —since the app does the work for you and you just confirm the details.
Support had been great, with answering questions, country restrictions, limits, additional verification & refund processes.
Keep in mind that when you are submitting a “ticket”, they just made the view to look as a chat form, for it to be more user friendly that it already is.
So give them time to respond(24-48hrs).
If I can give zero stars I will give it!!

Good App
So far so good. It was my mistake when I sent XRP without tag. They manually credited it but I had to send XRP higher than what I first sent.
Glitchy! Lots of bugs for a Finance app
Pin code and Face ID does not work.
Does not log out/lock the app when you close the app. This is a big concern and a red flag about security since we’re talking real money here. Takes time to login.
Logging in will ask you to create PIN code and Face ID again and again.
Right now Im’ma give 1 star since it has a loooot of bugs.
User Friendly
Please make this app a User friendly, don’t make it too difficult and complicated.
Don't download! Poor Online Support!
This is the most horrible app I've seen. Poor features. High fees. Sadly, online support don't know how to properly assess the documents of the customers during the verification process. Don't waste your time downloading this app.
Apathetic Support
Not recommended. I just don’t have a choice for using this app. You’ll get no support from their so called “support service” team. Truly apathetic and robot like responses. They’re just after the fees but won’t cover protection to their users.
Chat support
Chat support not responding to my emails: I ask my account be credited but they arent doing anything.
