Poor customer service and responsiveness to communication, especially from the social media handlers and email channels Do not provide facilities to businesses outside of Lagos. Do not conduct due diligence before rejecting applications All in all I had a very poor experience trying to contact payhipo and discussing with their staff.
Your fees are too much. The rates at which you charge per transaction is alarming. Reduce it!
