I would recommend u if you need to send money urgently please kindly use other sources but not this app. And also there is no option to withdraw your money back, you have to or can only send to India but can’t withdraw your money. You might get your money stuck in between. I tried to contact the customer service, my phone was hanged up 3 times, got no reply through what’s app. Strongly recommended not to use this app. Rates are good btw but not service.
