Keeps me updated with everything.
After downloading the app, on first page it’s asking to enter the code received on email. How can someone enter the code without giving email I’d on first step!!
I’ve given 1 star because of my recent experience with PayProp. I’m a landlord and had a portfolio of 4 properties already on it. Then back in December 2022 another one of my lettings agents gave me a link to add another portfolio of 2 properties, so I did. Then I saw that the portfolio of 4 properties that I previously had on there has been completely overridden with the new portfolio. I can’t get the details of the other ones back now. I thought this app could handle multiple portfolios of properties but I was wrong. Now I have to go back to my agents and ask them to send me a link to add their 4 properties again. Shouldn’t have to do this again! Please improve your app!
Would give it nil stars If I could. Sadly my letting agent has decided to use PayProp which was a bad mistake and I will now change to another agent as soon as possible. My Current agent, who shall remain nameless, has a Branch in Romford. One of my properties is in joint ownership with a family member and It appears to be impossible for PayProp to give the joint owner of this shared ownership property a separate login and I keep getting emails from PayProp to confirm my account yet again - when I have already and the confirm request cannot be sent to the co-owner. Apart from the above, the app is non-intuitive, and poorly written. I’d be amazed if PayProp stays in business in the current form for much longer if their clients - the property agents - are losing their customers as a result of using PayProp
Does not provide a dashboard view, or even simple view
Poor app needs invoicing to be clearer
Great app, really quick and easy to use. Provides just the information I need as a landlord instantly
This could be a great app......all the data is there but the presentation is awful. We have 3 properties where the letting agent uses PayProp. It should be very simple to create an “at a glance” overview of revenue per property per month etc. (as a landlord I want a simple sense-check to check what rent is in etc.....a simple bar chart would do, split out by property 1, 2, 3). It’s clear the developers have never properly thought it through from the portfolio landlord’s perspective.
I didn’t manage to verify my email in sufficient time and it suggested I reregister but I can’t see how to do that as I am blocked out. Waiting for customer services to respond and happy to change my rating if they are helpful.
