These guys are not serious at all. For more than a month now these guys are supposed to refund my money to me after they have confirmed that they will refund it they never did. I have written several times and nothing. Suddenly they used an excuse to say my card was deleted and that is why it is delaying after waiting for more than 1 month. I suddenly understood that they won’t refund me again and I uninstalled the app on my phone. Please if your money is missing on this app then forget it!!!! They will not refund you!!!! I thought I could use this app, once more they are all the same people. I just thank God that they amount they have it’s not much.

Download this app at your own risk, in case of any payment error, they do nothing for a refund, even when your mobile agency refunds them the money they still find excuses not to give your money! How I wish they could band this app, is all a scam! If you can't do one, then do well to work on your refund policy and ability to solve issues!

Once you add money to your account, you can’t withdraw it nor deposit to the card and use

In general it’s a good app but it could be better or even the best. When you submit a request for verification it takes forever to be confirmed. When you too yo your account from mobile money, the same thing happens. Too many glitches that could be fixed. It could be more efficient and faster.

Vous bloques les carte n’importe comment c’est juste pour escroquer les gens faut arrêter ça !! Et permetre aux personnes de changer leurs numéros eux même !!!
