Customer service (robot) is referring to Paytm Mall App to cancel order. There the option is not clickable. Very bad service (no person to talk to) and App!

Most customer care executive are not polite. Not ready to listen. All say different solutions to same problem that means they don't know in reality. Overalls very poor experience. Gonna uninstall it forever.

There was a code that was available for ₹25 cash back from hide &seek pack on Paytm mall app.after trying the steps in paytm mall app it is asking to download the same app again.. something seems not fine as the confirmation of cash back was not received..
