Long time user. Recently switched to PhonePe

They are forcing to switch to alternative upi ids but the verification of all of them keeps failing for a month now. Frustrated. Was good while it lasted. Thing Paytm era is done. It’s true that large companies can only dominate markets for few years, unable to adapt fast and slowly die.

Very bad customer care

No support for international numbers

Tried registering the US number, there is no option, however if I go into “Trouble logging in” section there is option to enter US registered number. Strange, not sure if this is expected or code bug.

Dumb app!

If Apple Pay can’t be easily integrated and add funds, Apple must kick out this dumb app out of IOS. I am trying to recharge airtel while I am in US and there is no way to use credit card or Apple Pay to add funds. How a US citizen as a NRI can use this app to make payments? DUMB app!

Wrost application

Never download this application this application is fraud

Dual SIM card phone.

It’s asking for verification each time when I tried to make a payment.

No dispute option

Help raise request and close immediately without any proper solution. No customer support to talk.

Misleading

Unable to make payments to merchants in spite of having sufficient balance. Asks for PIN, when I put the PIN Which I am regularly using at Paytm is unacceptable & payment is refused. Can’t trust anymore. Will let go my money for this useless App but never ever transact again

Food Never delivered

My wife ordered the food for her late night cravings and it showed delivered after waiting for more than 1 hr and it never showed up. To reach out to customer service the app is bot that easy to do so. We are highly disappointed!
