For over 4 months now customers care service would always be saying they are resolving… if you contact their customer care line.. once they noticed u just complained they would never pick your call again… people’s fund in my wallet are trapped there.. somebody should help me

Since the upgrade your service has been bad , no transfer network for how long do we wait? Customer will not wait for this.
