Sobrang nakakaloka gamitin ito, i have tried it twice and yung first ko sobrang tagal mag reflect sakanila na bayad MIND YOU THEY ARE THE ONE WHO WILL AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCT IT PERO MATAGAL MAG REFLECT SAINYO?? REALLY?? tapos alam niyo na kung kailan yung sahod pumapasok sa ATM tapos sisingilin niyo nag hindi pa sahod? Tapos ssendan niyo ng collection company who might call?? SUBUKAN NIYO MAG CALL SAAKIN AFTER YOU HAVE DEDUCTED AN AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT ISTG !! sarili niyong app? sobrang bagal to reflect the amount??? Like 2 days pa?????
March 6 2025, I withdraw and then guess what it was deducted MARCH 14, 2025 like what? Nice strategy anyway! Never be fooled by this disgusting app again! Never again.

The idea of this app is for the customers to receive their salaries in advance, hence, repayment dates are crucial for this concept to make sense. If I borrow on the 3rd of the month, it’s because I need the money between the 3rd to the 15th of the month, assuming bi-monthly salary payments. I was literally given a memo that BPI will deduct my payroll account ON THE 6TH OF MARCH and WILL BE CHARGED LATE PAYMENTS should the balance of the account is insufficient. What’s the point of this service if I have to repay BEFORE my salary cut-off? Isn’t this fraud?
It is very difficult to reach out to customer service if you have a concern, you will not even get a response at all. Also, after 2nd withdrawal it now shows “no attendance data” where in fact there should be one. Fyi, I have no past due and they keep on sending notifications to access the app yet there’s nothing you can do about it. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
