Very finicky app
The app has been VERY finicky. Does not allow me to select my times without a loading icon freezing the screen. I could not check in either today. Considering trying another store instead.

I have updated the app twice since this problem started. I still have the same problem. When I try to choose a time slot for pick up, the app freezes. Every time! I have already left a review about this recently. Please fix! The website is much clunkier for placing an order. I would rather use the app 😭
So easy to get my groceries when I am injured or with small children, love it.
Prices displayed are horrible when I order from my iPhone. It shows you one price when you are looking for an item, then when you click on that item it is different price. Example Native shampoo. At least 90% of the prices are different.
Cart continues to spin, I can click on it and it will say 29 items, the screen will show 14 items and last week’s order and the my shop shows none of the stuff selected that show up in the cart. Would love my main screen to at least show me the same information so I know what info is actually going to get sent down for pickup. Also, if I click the one showing 15 it says the total, the number of items, bring 3 bags and lists none of the 14 items.
The app is awful, you get totally gouged using it. Shop local. Boycott Loblaw’s.
Point redemption on checkout not working
Even with the last two updates, the app still glitches out when your try to add a product to your personal list…”favourites”. Or won’t load the list at all. There’s also still glitches when trying to pay using PC points. I still love the ease of online shopping, but this gets annoying and frustrating.

Why is it when I get an email to place an on line order and I’ll get 20,000 points the code never works and I never receive them. When I make a points inquiry they keep asking me for proof of the offer and after several attempts of sending them the screen shot of the offer they still never give them to me. For example the order I just placed today!!
