I wanna start off by saying that I’ve been a proud user for over 3 years - if that doesn’t tell you how useful this app is, I’m not sure what is 🤣
I’ve had constipation since I was around 5 or so, caused by anxiety and it developed chronically. This caused my large intestines to stretch out after many years & lack of fiber and water back then didn’t help, including my diet.
So unfortunately, with that, I pass very big stools, which can be extremely painful. (I’m talking 5 inches thick LOL)
I poop at least once to 3 times a week, on average 2 times, and oftentimes I’d lose track easily and I wouldn’t be able to prepare in time. With this app, I’m able to take pictures of my stools, set the day and time, and other information. Very helpful for doctors as well if they need data.
I’ve been able to track when I last pooped to prepare and make sure it’s not as painful for me. At this point, it’s a habit every time I go and I’ve never forgotten or missed a session.
One suggestion I’d like to add is to have an option to showcase the Analyze category into a regular calender vertically maybe? I find it easier to see and read. AND DARK MODE if that’s possible!
Otherwise - if you’re chronically constipated, drink water, exercise, change your diet up and download this app ASAP 👁️👁️
App crashed no support
It used to be great, then it just stopped working and there is NO support. No way to get it updated or fixed. I am a subscriber and nothing works now.
Love this app
Been using this for 2-3 years now. Couldn’t live without it!
It works great and is worth the pro
Simple fast tracking, great if you have IBS. Love the fact that it locks so my kid can’t mess anything up.
Great app, one function lacking
Thank you so much for creating this app! I don’t have any known medical issues, but for some reason I started getting irregular bowel movements and I decided that it would probably be a good idea to track them. I really like that you can add your own tags as well, so I’ve created my own labels.
The only thing that I recommend is saving entries automatically – what I mean is that if I open the app and start to write down something, if I accidentally close the app, or if someone calls me, or if I am somehow out of the app…as soon as I open the app again, it lost what I had typed.
I think it would be very convenient if there was a way to somehow save what you had open so that you don’t lose the time that you were trying to track. I hope this makes sense. Otherwise, I just purchased the lifetime subscription because it’s inexpensive and does exactly what it says it does. Thank you!
Efficient way to track your poop
I wanted to track the types of poop I have, especially when I have stomach issues. This app was able to help me do that quite easily and accurately. It is easy to use, designed nicely, and really helpful.
Best Poo App ever
I have used this app daily for two years (having microscopic colitis). It helps me keep track of what is happening, helping me to think about what I need to do differently. I just now looked at my overall summary of ‘data’ from 2022 and 2023. It is quite helpful.
Tracking
Little normal and a lot aren’t great at truly tracking how much you go. Little could mean a few bits for some but a bigger amount for others and given there are only 3 options to choose from isn’t great. App works well but actual tracking is stressful.
PCal is so helpful
I have found PCal so helpful and understanding the rhythm of my BM. It’s great for me to see it’s great for me to share with my gastroenterologist.
Great for tracking for IBD
This is a great app for someone with IBD to get insights.
However I have noticed a small bug, when I put a log in around 6:45 am, it tracks it as a 00:00 - 06:00 am timeframe. My guess is for the category they set the variable to be < 7am for the upper limit because hourly that makes sense. But is should be <= 6am
