PCGS is a fantastic service! The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The app falls way short and is more than slightly difficult to update one account. The web page is better, however doesn’t keep the updated payment information.. Very frustrating…

I phone website does not work properly. Individual sets all show 0 items. Only entire collection shows items Laptop website works fine.

App and online site is horrible. All the millions of dollars running thru this place and they cant update an app. Latest one was 2 years ago. The site is always down, several times a day. Its crazy. Login just to login just to login just to login. You get it. You get nowhere. Its garbage

Definitely one of the most well regarded institutions for grading coins. But why do they have to make submitting coins so difficult for a novice like me?

Most confusing app I’ve ever opened! All I want to see is the grades my coins I’ve sent in to be graded! Where are they hidden?

If gonna spend $ on something or invest in something $ itself is a no brainer , not ashamed 1 bit to be a collector of $ most successful people are

I’m some what disappointed with the grading process. I delivered two gold coins one day apart, but it took over one week longer to grade the second coin!

App is top notch! only thing that I could think to add is a grading summary explaining or a photo with the flaws circled in red. A brief summary over lack of luster, scartches ETC. Overall I definitely recommend if you’ve got an account or plan to get one.

Log into the registry ,no your account , wait the PGCS coin app. 42 different log in pages later and I still can’t take a picture of my PGCS coin holder with a barcode to upload into my collection. You get tossed from app to app until you give up on this stupid set-up. Maybe hire someone who worked at apple to teach you how to make a real app!
