I’m able to login on the website just fine, but the app won’t accept my MFA code, saying it’s invalid. Not impressed.

User interface is garbage. Half the time it tells me I cannot log in because my password is incorrect. Log in on a desktop with same info no problem at all. Awful app.

Yeah, it’s extremely bad. Doesn’t work with phones properly. The main reason I don’t like the service is that the lack of clarity on anything. You can’t see how much your balance is from contributions vs dividends vs gains… it doesn’t even tell you how your dividends are being redistributed. I think this would be valuable information to understand how your investments are working! Very disappointing for a service that is responsible for so many people’s retirement.

Only errors. No help at all. Called customer service. Hung on me twice. If they didn’t have my money, would never contact them again.

Unable to view anything other than the balance of my accounts. No access to see what type of growth/losses my accounts have experienced. Web browser is the way to go on this one which is unfortunate.

Downloaded and tried to login (no idea if I already have a login so I tried my standard user name/pw). Which didn’t work, no surprise. But then there is no option to create an account or to even contact them? Am I missing something?!?

As a company who’s holding and profiting off of millions (if not billions), they really dropped the ball on choosing an app developer. EVERY time i log on using the app i have to wait for a text message to verify my identity due to an unrecognized device; the device i’ve been using since i created my account. Seriously so annoying and USELESS.

Half the time it pulls up my account, the other half it just has a blank screen. Not sure why I keep this on my phone to be honest. Hopefully they find a new team of developer's in 2022.

Wow! Who built this?

It’s ok, but it needs a tune up as far as the UI goes. A lot of the functions seem to work better on a computer than on a phone, it isn’t optimized for the touch screen. That being said, it works and i’m keeping track of my funds, so I’ll give it 3 stars.
