This has to be the worse app I have had to download in a while… I couldn’t do anything, ads just kept popping up.. Terrible

Loss of unsaved documents
Thank you for reading my brief review. It is a really nice app but something happened to me today that I couldn’t phantom. I was trying to type an assignment and the app had a glitch, it started hanging and it closed by itself. Upon opening the app again all the documents I was typing all gone. I was devastated then and I am devastated now 😔
Useful office policies.
This app is very useful and it’s easy to operate. I love ❤️ it. I here by recommend it for everyone who would like to download the app for use.
not seamless
I cannot edit documents received via mail easily. it is an frustrating app. especially when you need it most. Kindly make everything easier and seamless.

Missing files
I am just down. All my documents that I have saved on my Polaris is missing and I did not press the phone. I open the app now and the app updated itself and the next thing I saw was all my files went missing. This is the worst app ever. How will an app be updated and files went missing
