It’s an app that converts pictures into .pdf, but you can’t purchase it, you have to pay a monthly fee of $10 per month. Literal theft.

PDF converter WORKS
Yes there is a pay wall, but you can get around it by simply pressing the “x”. This made turning in my homework easy. The first PDF converter app that I will be keeping on my phone.
