Seriously, I paid to upgrade and it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. Had to give 1 star to submit review..

1. Why I get "Converting failed" error message when I extracting from a PDF file?
Do you have a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file which cannot be printed, copied, or edited? Your PDF file has had password security and other restrictions added, you need remove restrictions.
2. Why some text in PDF file can not be extracted out?
The PDF file format is complex, there are cases that text in a PDF file are actually pictures. We do not grantee PDF to Excel will work for every PDF file, especially ones that have picture text, we suggest you to use our professional OCR app to recognize text from image.
Please send us your PDF file for testing before buying our app, we will test it, and give you the result!

I was disappointed at first when the conversion of a PDF resulted in a file that Microsoft Excel reported as corrupt, and after correction ended up with no content. I then tried sending the converted file to my Gmail mailbox, and used Chrome with the Google Sheets extension to open the file, which it did successfully. A bit of cutting and pasting into Excel worked a treat. The PDF did have random blank entries in the last column which appears to cause the problem. I only ever convert one file so I cannot judge the product's performance with other PDFs.
Buggy but good support
This app does have a few bugs but to be fair to the support team they will help you if you have any issues converting your PDF.

Don't bother, it won't do anything without upgrading, and then doesn't work
