Lectrosonics PDR

Swim Two Birds on

United States

Hi NewEndian, If you are thinking of merging the apps, please take into account that some of the people who are purchasing the Lectrosonics PDR have no intention of going the radio route, and indeed find the PDR attractive precisely because it is wired. I purchased a PDR last week and have just downloaded your app. If it's helpful, I'd be happy to provide feedback on how the app is working. In my case, I'm using the PDR with a DPA 4061 lavaliere, and I've experimented with using it with a Schoeps plus phantom power supply.

Nearly Perfect

One bug found right away, PDR doesn't have a gain option of 1.5, therefore all the values above that are 1 less than the remote shows. IE: 10 on remote is 9 on PDR etc... Found out the LectroRM functions pass through and successfully adjust a SM Tx that's cascaded from the PDR. Also, PDR commands are not interfering with the SM. It would be a lot easier to manage both if the apps could be combined into one? Perhaps a PDR tab inside the LectroRM app?
