Says you get 60 min a day free but it charged me every time and there is no way to contact anyone for support.

Easy to use

tbftbm on

Convenient and easy app. —For the developers: when you have multiple bikes unlocked from one account and the try to report a maintenance issue, the app should prompt you to select which bike. I tried to report a maintanende issue while I had two bikes unlocked and it reported the wrong one. Maybe there’s a way, but it was unintuitive.

Poor App

Eric Thor Drummond on

They have a policy that says you can’t park the bike anywhere besides their bike racks, but even if the bike is secure they will charge you for parking it not where they wanted. They are not understanding and do not support their customers. I do not recommend them because there are better bike services on campus and they will become a money pit.

Terrible

Terrible process, unable to unlock a 2nd bike, making having 1 bike for 2 people unusable. Waste of time!
