I’ve been following Frankie in social media for a while and I finally gave in and got the program. Best decision ever! I’ve been using different glute programs over the years and I’ve never felt my glutes work as hard as with this one. Can’t wait to see the final result

I Love the app, was looking for glute specific workouts (not growing big legs) and this is what I needed… I’m seeing results really fast!

I have tried a lot of different programs. My thoughts… 1. 60 minutes 5x’s a week. I missed that when purchasing. Or is that hidden? That’s way too excessive. If you believe it’s not, make sure buyers know ALL details about the program before buying (I paid $94 and stopped using half way through my first workout. 2. Didn’t like the layout 3. Can’t play my own music while app is on? (Or am I missing something). Let’s see if anyone responds to the message I sent via support.

I purchased the home program, weeks later decided I’d hit the gym to figure out you have to purchase the gym program separate, so I did. No big deal except it’s the SAME EXACT exercises you do at home with bands etc. They do not show you exercises on gym equipment like other programs. Why make someone pay for both if it’s the same exact thing??? I paid an extra $100 for no reason. I requested a refund TWICE, no response. Horrible customer service! Not happy!

I love the program but I have to say the app is not great experience. Like other users have said, you can’t exit out without closing the entire workout. Can’t track each week. Would also love to have them show other machines that can be swapped out for the same effect. I am used to the Chalk app and that experience is far superior to any workout app. It was just more geared toward men and I was looking for a women booty specific one that didn’t make my legs look big. Please look into updating this app!!

The consistency of the workouts for each quarter allows me to track my progress in terms of strength: I can track my reps in a row AND strength so that I can tell I’m both getting stronger and seeing muscle development.

The peachgainz 12 week at home program is one of the best at home workout programs on the market! This is the third at home program designed by a trainer that I have purchased, and the only one that doesn’t just talk the talk. With the meal plan and strictly following the program, my glutes really did transform in 12 weeks. I highly recommend this to anyone that is trying to transform their booty!
