- Export your sessions to your own calendar to stay up to date. Something comes up? You can cancel your session without any problem via the app.
- Follow up on goals and growth via the PEAK Score based on 4 pillars: sleep, nutrition, exercise and resilience). Have you lost your exercise routine over the years?
