Not work. Why?

In level 3 I need to use this but did not work and now on level 4 is not working too!!!! What happens????????

Does this product work with an iPAD? I logged into my account and reached the point “press play to continue” BUT can not find the way to press play??

I have entered the Access Code for NorthStar5 but I couldn't find the book on the PPE APP.

적지 않은 돈을 주고 영어교재 Future 4를 샀다. 그리고 책에 안내되어 있는대로 이 앱을 깔았지만 처음 한번 작동되고는 ebook은 다시 볼수 없게 클로즈되었다. 앱을 통해 도움을 구했지만 3일이 지난 지금까지 아무소식도 없다.

The application does not work well, I can not unlock my modules to practice I have had to delete and redownload and do the process and nothing works, I have lost full access, this application is not made to study and no technical service helps, I lost my money with my books. 👎🏽

Hello, I downloaded the app and can't log into my account where my educational product is already located. I regenerated on the website but I can't log in to the app. What do I need to do? You are having problems with the support chat as well.

They can tick of for having an app. The first impression is that this would have been ok in 1990, but in 2022 this is a waste of time.
