PebblePocket - Reviews, Revenue and Downloads - Apple App Store

Description

Created by the team at PebblePad, the nifty PebblePocket app allows you to continue to create evidence, reflections, and records even when an internet connection is proving elusive. You can use the app to work offline and synchronise your assets to your PebblePad account whenever you next have an internet connection.

Currently supports the recording of the following asset types:

* Blog Posts
* Reflections (Journal Entry - What? So What? Now What? - Structured Reflection)
* Experiences (Activity - Competency)
* Photos
* Videos

By associating your account with PebblePocket you can also easily setup one-click launch into your account.

Please note:

1. To get the most from PebblePocket it should ideally be used alongside a PebblePad account (this can be a personal or organisational account).

2. The PebblePocket app is currently not available for all organisations because of the authentication methods in place.

3. The sending of assets is currently a one way process – any records created in the app and then sent to a PebblePad account will no longer be editable from within the app.

Clunky

Please fix some basic things like constantly logging out and forgetting settings preferences. Also, uploading images one by one is very slow.

convenient but unable to move cursor and correct spelling errors easily, unable to add single or multiple photos after writing a post, would be great if those could be added difficult to login with Alumni accounts

Glitchy

Keeps logging me out and now I can’t log back in! Continues to load until pigs fly. I haven’t sent my assets and now I’m worried that they’re gone.

Oh pebble pad, how I loathe thee. The computer version is clunky and painful, and this app is worse. Shuts down randomly, 'saves not saves', logs itself off then requires logging over and over at every step... You guys must have a fantastic marketing team to have sold this crud to just about every uni in Australia. So I guess you're doing something well. How about putting the same energy into creating an intuitive, user friendly program?

Bugs

Keeps logging out. Needs fixing ASAP

Useless

Doesn't remain logged in and will log out half way through projects, also won't let you log in and then return to the start up page, completely useless, better off sticking to the laptop.
