Useful App

I used the app in Tagbilaran City, and it was very convenient, especially since my pick-up point is relatively remote and tricycles do not pass by frequently.

Great app but needs improvements!

The idea behind this app, although unoriginal, is actually great— offering a convenient mode of transportation in a small city like this. However, since they’re relatively new, they do have lots of things to improve. One, their number of riders is pretty low that it can barely meet the demand from their users. Although depending on your location but as to mine, it would take at least 30 minutes for me to get a ride. Two, the technical aspect of this app needs improving too. It happened twice on me that the rider went to a different location because, and this is according to the drivers, the application was not able to capture the exact location from the map. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to walk out of the street just to meet the riders halfway. Also, the app lags a lot. Lastly, I hope the schedule ride feature would be eased a bit. Booking a ride three hours before your desired schedule is a bit too long as I think at least an hour would make it more convenient for everyone. Again, it’s still a great app and I will keep using this for sure! I only hope we get to enjoy a better version of this in the coming days!

Got Too Greedy

They adjusted their rates so that morning commuters cant book the normal rates anymore. A large user base, the early morning commuters wont be able to afford three times the price. Very disappointing
