Peek-a-Zoo FAQ
Is Peek-a-Zoo free?
Peek-a-Zoo is not free (it costs 19900.00), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Peek-a-Zoo legit?
🤔 The Peek-a-Zoo app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I downloaded the lite and enjoyed it. So I payed the $3.99 for the full version for the toddler I nanny. I expected quite a lot more animals than just 15. Some don’t even have the accurate animal noises. However, for $4 I feel like there should be more app. There is also no way to get your money back through the apple App Store. I’m very disappointed. I’m rating 2 stars because the toddler doesn’t seem to mind.
flaw in design that makes this unusable for us
We love this game very much. But we can’t use it due to one simple fact.
If the child touches the edge of the screen the game stops and child can access phone/tablet. This means that every 3 seconds I have to take my phone and put the game back on from the home screen, open tabs, pull down menus on iphones ect .
That gets old fast and has led to me erasing this game several time out of sheer fustration.
It would be amazing if this game could be like some other baby/toddler games that require a double tap or to touch particular areas of the screen to leave the game.
Mi niño
Está muy bueno el juego solo que lo qoponer en español y no medeja
What am I paying for?
I feel like this app is much too basic to be anything more than 99 cents. It pretty much just 16 pictures of animals that make a small noise when you tap them. That's all. The picture res are nice, but you go through the animals quickly.
Like the foreign language option
I like that his app has the option for other languages. I would love, though, if they would add in the articles. I turn the app to French for my daughter and in French, nouns are never said without the article (I.e. la giraffe, le requin etc) this would make the app so much better as these are extremely important in most foreign languages which have gendered nouns!
Not worth the money
This app only has a few animals. Don't waste your money on this app.
Excellent app for early stimulation
My 11 month old twin babies love this app. Beautifully designed and works perfect. I love the music and it very soothing.
All of this series is buggy
There are bugs in all the TBD peek a zoo series. Tbd doesn't seem to care to fix them, they just want your money. In this one, my child can't touch the words 'Penguins' or Owls' and have the human repeat the word. This is disappointing to my baby. As a programmer, I don't understand how simple testing missed bugs that a 2 year old finds and cries over on first use.
