Penang Smart Parking

Waste of time & money. Paid via my debit card but never credit the amount into PSP account. Took ages to contact support teams and have to pay to call them! Waste time & money.

Using an iPhone XS. Crashes on startup and there seems to be absolutely no support. The app hasn’t been updated in months, what’s the point in offering a service such as this and then just wasting that effort and disappointing users such as this?

Been having some troubles ever since I started using it in my 11 pro. Please fix this asap as it is one of the most essential apps we need now.

Notice for iPhone, it does not work if you plan to park in MBSP area after 5pm, cause is less than an hour and the system only allow 1 hour. The customer notify me they will update in latest version long time ago. Wonder if I get ticket for this, who is responsible for it.

Cannot even register phone number

Bulan 3 pergi penang boleh log in, bulan 5 dtg penang tak dapat log in & forget password sampai kene saman. Bodoh punya apps!

Pls improve it ….. so hard to use Not a friendly apps for Penang lang and gua poh lang , xia sui nia!!!
