It keeps lagging on my iPad and the app crashes a lot on my phone

I love this app and everything however it started to close non stop and its impossible to use. Every time I delete an event or add one it automatically closes…. Please fix this

This app was not what it looks like in the ads, and I could not figure out how to change it. Also, it kept asking me to pay.

I need someone from your team to communicate with me regarding my subscription. I cannot access it and I have paid for it. I have already sent 2 emails to their support team, but had no response

I love this app so much but every time I try to open the app it closes within 2 minutes and whenever I do manage to write it disappears after it force closes

I would have liked it if the app would have not deleted all my notes… 😭😢 Also it would be fun if we could add some stickers, gift or photos on our notes.

Would give 0 stars if I could, glitches and deletes all your notes

This is very upsetting, because I really like the app or I guess the thought of not having to carry a notepad and having my planner all in one was ideal for me . It has lost all my handwritten notes. I am so upset . I hope there is a way to recoup those notes.

Can someone tell me how to recover them? Please Im about to cry

I loved this app for 18 months. A few months ago it randomly deleted all my corresponding notes associated with the calendar days. I plan months in advance, going to days to write down key points for that day. I re-entered all I could remember. A week later it did it again. Then a few more times. Each time I reach out for support providing user Id. Not once have a heard a response. Multiple times now. Zeros. I’ve tried others apps now and they are ok but this app works best with Apple Pencil. I tried it again at the beginning of January and it’s since deleted notes twice. It’s hours of lost work. Does anyone who works at this app monitor email? Not sure why no response? I paid the $40 for the annual use and would be happy to continue if it actually worked.
