The app has become difficult to use, slow to load if at all. Have to completely close app out and reboot to get it to work. Please revert back to previous version!

Bring back face ID
I do not use iCloud or passkey.
App is broken
Can’t login using the app anymore.
Removed Face ID and now this app is incredibly inconvenient to use
Seriously. Why did you remove Face ID? The new version of this app with its “enhanced login experience” is a massive step backwards and should have never been approved to deploy. This app has become trash and I regret using it and doing any business with PenFed. I will not be coming to PenFed with any future business because of idiotic decisions like this.
December 2024 Update
I appreciate the security update but why do I feel like I’m logging in twice? It also never remembers my credentials. Prior to the latest update, I wasn’t experiencing this issue. Please fix!!!!
Awesome website for online banking
This is by far my favorite online banking site. Well laid out and user friendly. Makes online banking so much easier. Great customer service.
Cannot access
The latest update made the app unusable and I can’t get access. That was my only way to access online because access from a browser, no matter which one, was never possible.
New pass key?
The app started opening with my iPhone pass code. This is not safe at all. I sent several messages asking how to get it back to require a normal log in with my 16 character password and all four replies answered some other question, not the question I asked. If they make an update to use a passkey or code, it should not default to the iPhone pass code. They should give you an option to at least set up a new one
Pattern log in
What happened to the pattern log in option? Please bring it back
New Passkey Requirement is so Frustrating
Please revert to the previous version. The new passkey requirement is so frustrating. I tried setting it up, but it required a second device to scan the QR code, so I gave up and ended up having to log in manually, instead of having the faceID option like I did for years, each time I need to access my accounts. I already had two-step verification in place using the phone verification code and face ID. The passkey should be an option not a requirement. Please bring back the faceID login option.
