Good at keeping track and helping us find tutoring

Hello to the person who has developed or created the Penji app, first off. I want to start off this review by saying that this app has always been great to use and also helpful and really fast enough for me to use so that I can be able to connect with the tutors for my community college faster to receive tutoring services so that I can get help with homework assignments and such, but however, recently there has been a problem and multiple people, and almost everyone on campus has been reporting the same type of issue that Penji has been having in terms of glitches. I joined my astronomy tutors waitlist room so that she can post the Zoom meeting so that she can help me and it show that she wasn’t available in the waitlist even though I logged on and Penji said that the waitlist room was open at 6:30 PM and she said that she logged on at 6:30 PM but Penji shows that no tutors have signed on. Please fix this issue with it saying that there are no tutors available even though someone was available the whole time and please fix the issues with the messaging delays with the chat and also please add a future where you can call or leave a voice message for someone in the app as well even on the desktop version.

penji is really good and easy to use however i think the messaging feature could use a bit of updating

The app is simply broken for iPad, used to never let me navigate out of the home page without going to a blank white screen. Now it has forcefully logged me out and I cannot login as it goes to the same blank white screen after inputting my email. Garbage

the penalty for missing appointments should be different

The Penji app makes scheduling appointments for student academic achievement center convenient Allowing the student to interact with the tutor, and choose the date and time in which they need help.

I like using this app. I can set up my tutoring sessions without issues.

I love using the platform so then I can go to the tutors in case if I need any help with my homework from my college.

This is offered through my college! Every tutor I have worked with is extremely helpful and so nice! I highly recommend if you are struggling, or just want some extra help to make sure you are staying on track!! This app and what is within it is exceptional!

I work as a tutor on the Penji app and it has really provided a lot of ease to my job. I can also contact my students without having to leak my personal information. Great app.
